Scheduling Strategies: The main objective when it comes to scheduling our tattoo artists is to make them look desirable and busy at all times. When you portray that clients can come in 24/7 they will view that as ANYTIME and what ends up happening is they procrastinate and never follow through. We learn the importances of using in demand language that makes our tattoo artists look desirable which leads with clients scheduling faster and your assistant can load you up with consultations and tattoo appointments
How To Set Our Tattoo Artists Up For Success: In this section I will teach your assistant certain things that they can do to crank up their customer services skills that makes the experience that much better. We focus on how we need to sell our tattoo artist and not the tattoos. The client's experience starts in the email process and we iron out a plan to make clients continue to come back!
Setting Boundaries With Clients: When it comes to running a business having boundaries in place is there to protect you, your business, your employees, and your clients. However there are some clients out there that do not respect a tattoo business's boundaries and will go to great lengths to gain unlimited access to you. We learn how to set boundaries with clients that is professional and direct without jumping into the default of people pleasing.
